ABOUT JARVIS LENDING

​Steve Jarvis is the Director of Jarvis Lending Pty Ltd, a brokerage he established in 2022 following more than 30 years in banking and finance. His focus is on helping clients secure the right finance quickly, efficiently, and with expert guidance from start to finish.

He brings deep expertise across commercial and residential lending, with a strong track record in property development and investment finance, business and corporate funding, international trade and cash flow solutions and equipment finance. Steve is known for providing practical, outcome focused lending strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

Prior to starting his own firm, Steve was a Senior Relationship Manager – Property at Westpac.  In that role, he worked closely with developers and investors to structure and secure funding for property projects.

​

His earlier career included over two decades at NAB in senior business and corporate banking roles across Perth and Melbourne. He worked in areas such as the Major Client Group, International Trade Finance and Currency Divisions, assisting both private and listed companies across sectors including mining, agribusiness, and large scale property development.

In 2025, Steve was named YBR Aggregation’s Commercial Broker of the Year for QLD / NT in recognition of his consistent results, strong client relationships, and deep industry knowledge.
